We recently switched from another pizza place to Big Daddy's. The sauce is incredibly delicious, although we wish there were more toppings. Overall, we really enjoy it. The price is fair for the size of the pizza we receive. However, there are some drawbacks. When our pizza is delivered, it is never hot, not even warm. It seems like they may not use warmers in their delivery bags. The crust is very soft, similar to a New York style, even the thin crust is not crisp. My partner prefers it this way, but I would like a slightly crispier crust. Despite this, we still like Big Daddy's and will definitely order from them again. They have become our go-to pizza place.
On Fridays, my family enjoys a vegetarian dinner night. I ordered a large sweet pizza, but it arrived with no toppings. I tried to explain to the server that they didn't have to be surprised, but they didn't respond. When I got home and opened the pizza, I was disappointed to find it bare. It was my first time trying this dish, so it was particularly disappointing. However, the service was great and the pizza was delicious. Next time, I will make sure to check the pizza before leaving the restaurant.
The first time I got a lukewarm pizza that had clearly been sitting for a while. Not made fresh. Decided to give them another shot and that time the pizza was excellent. Tonight I go in and ask for a cheese pizza, freshly made. Portly girl with shorts tells me all pizzas are made fresh. I got home, the pizza was lukewarm and had pepperoni on it. So, neither was it fresh and they messed up the order. This place, I'm sad to say, is a hit and miss.
I placed a large order early Sunday morning.I had everything I ordered within 30 minutes of them opening up. The driver was amazing followed my delivery instructions to the letter (great job)?. I have 2 suggestions. First if there is a big order deliver it in a small box or a couple of bags and second the online ordering system doesn't add in or authorize a tip at time of ordering which would be nice. Keep up the good work.

This is our favorite place for pizza and wings! The wings can sometimes be a bit soggy, but if you request them with light sauce and extra crispy, they are perfect! They offer traditional specialty pizzas along with some delicious unique options. They also have a wide variety of tasty shake flavors to choose from. While they may not be incredibly innovative or gourmet, they are a dependable choice for a pizza night.
The staff was lovely, but during my visit, I noticed a large pool of water in the lobby due to rain leaking in from outside. When I asked about it, the staff explained that the landlord refused to fix the issue despite knowing the danger it posed. This is unacceptable for any kind of operating restaurant, as it not only puts employees at risk but also endangers customers.
I typed $8 into the tips section online, and we didn’t tip in cash. Our order was $25, and we also didn’t receive any delivery times so I called the store to ask for them. After the delivery received this message to my phone. Like okay maybe don’t work a customer service job you hate if it makes you this bitter. That’s all.
The ordering process they have is very efficient and the drivers are very polite. This is the only pizza place that's never messed up my order in 6 years of buying their pizzas. I also highly recommend the cinna sticks.

This place has cleaned up since it opened. They now offer more food selection and yummy desserts as well as shakes.The pizza isn't the best you've had, but it's the best for the price!Friendly staff.
First time to order a Denver pizza. Order was fast and delicious!
