Food was good but not worth the expensive bill. We were a party of 8 for the buffet,which added a 15percent gratuity...pathetic seRvice. We came in 2 groups and were told they didn't know where the group was,look. Table was not set for appropriate number even though it was booked, had to ask 3 times for cutlery,no serveR,had to find someone for drinks, had buffet which was ok then told ice cream was more then the aleady 20$ a piece! So disappointed would never go back or send someone,ticked off we had to tip crappy staff that couldn't bother to deal with us. Go some where else!

When we first moved here a year ago we heard of this place for great Chinese food. We really enjoyed all our dishes. Recently I've had major changes in my diet and thought that Chinese food was out of my reach. However the Big Rock Inn staff went out of their way to point out all the foods I can eat and modified dishes for me. I'm so grateful for their understanding and willingness to adjust their dishes for one customer. Now this is what service is all about.

One of the few Chinese places I've eaten at that uses no MSG. To be able to enjoy the beautiful food without an IBS incident is truly a pleasure for this Granny. The service is always good, the buffet kept well topped up with fresh food, and the SaltnPepper Calamari is to die for! They don't always have it on the menu, but when they do, it goes quickly!

Great selection of food for lunch buffet, as well as some dim sum items. The food is fresh and rotated frequently when we were there. Very spacious restaurant The dinner buffet is more expensive with a larger selection of food. The staff is very friendly.

Service was good, food was good, although we had to wait for them to fill the pans, everything was pretty good, except the soy sauce at the table was watered down.
