Unimpressed. The portion for the turkey bacon avo was like a 4” sub for 7.50 which is too much. They said they charge 0.50 extra for tomatoes, really? Tomatoes?! I asked for jalapeños and to make it spicy, I got 1 jalapeño slice and 1 pepperoncini on the entire sub. One half didn't even have a jalapeño or perpperoncini. Although this place is a chain, I always seem to have a good experience. The operator must be good. They keep a clean shop and I never have to wait more than about 5 minutes or so for my food. I am perfectly happy with my experiences here.
$11.OO for a large sub. I substituted Jalapenos for the Pepperoncini's. They put 8 single slices of Jalapenos lengthwise through the sandwich as if they substituted gold. Seemed taken aback that I was dissatisfied.
They know me by name. My orders have always been correct and have never had a bad experience. The prices are fair and have a quick turn around from the moment you order and when you receive your food.

Love their bread. So soft. I usually have the turkey bacon avocado. My husband likes the French dip. I tried a bowl of lobster bisque. I can't recommend it.
Really Great sandwiches, but a hit miss when there open. Downtown anyways. The one in the mall is just as good and seems to have better hours.
Refused my 13 year old service without a mask after already halfway through his order! Spray paint seeps through these masks wake up!!
