Big Wood Brewery - Reserva de mesa

This brewery is a great find with a lovely patio for enjoying the summer weather. It may be small inside, so it can fill up quickly when the weather gets cooler. There's plenty of parking available at this older brick building location. I visited during Happy Hour on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded, making it easy to find seating. The beer selection is good, although it seems like their website may not always have the most up-to-date information. I noticed a couple of beers that weren't listed online. The staff member serving us could have been more knowledgeable about the beer, but was still friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the overall establishment was well-maintained.

Big Wood Brewery is a charming spot located in Downtown White Bear Lake. They offer a variety of beers to choose from. We particularly enjoyed their Michelada, which had a delicious dill flavor in the mix. If you're a fan of Bloody Mary's, you have to give it a try! We can't wait for their new location to open up. From what we've seen driving by, it appears to be more spacious and will also have a lovely outdoor area.

I really enjoyed the selection of beer at this restaurant. It was a bit strange that I didn't see their signature beers available on tap, but the ones they did have were still excellent. My main complaint is that there was only one bartender and the place is small, so it can be difficult to find a table.

Rustic bar in historic building. Nice patio outside. Good beers (ale, lager, IPA, kolsch, pilsner) as well as selzers.

Men, stay away from Amigo Grande. It's not good. The beer is too carbonated and undrinkable.
