To be honest, my family enjoys going out for dinner and drinks occasionally. However, after our recent experience, I am not sure if we will be returning to this restaurant. During our last visit, my daughter ordered an 8oz sirloin steak. When her food was brought to the table, she was served a much larger steak. Before we could even address the mistake, the server had already moved on. Initially, we thought it was just a misunderstanding and not a big deal. But when my daughter began eating the vegetables on her plate, a staff member approached us and admitted that we had been served the wrong steak. Rudy’s is an absolute favorite of mine! They have excellent staff we always have a wonderful experience here. They have so many different fun martini flavors, but you can’t go wrong with a classic Rudytini. Other favorites amongst my family friends are the bull bites, the walleye, the broasted chicken, the angus medallions, as well as the pasta dishes. If you get to choose sides with your meal, you’ve got to go with the teriyaki green beans or the au gratin potatoes. Don’t forget to ask for their fresh dinner rolls with butter to start! It’s the perfect place for a special occasion, or even just a casual get together.
Cold food, Poor service getting our meal and wait staff was not one to let us know where in prep and serving our meals were. It took well over an hour before our meals came and not much contact with our server in between giving our order and receiving same. For the prices charged your rating would be poor and if there was a rating below that Rudy 's would fit. Not Very Professional. I guess it is true for the reverse You pay for what You do not get. Very disappointing.
We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant! The service was excellent, we dined in for dinner and had a great experience. The food was delicious, we rate it a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also perfect, a 5 out of 5 as well. We highly recommend trying the Bull Bites and Coconut Shrimp dishes.

Overall we were not fans, we found the hostess to be rude, and they seem to be having a problem with managing the new reservation platform.

I absolutely Love the Marinated Sirloin with Sweet Potato Hash browns and Key lime Martini's.
The food and the service was wonderful, it was very busy and our group had a great time.
