Sam's frozen chai is absolutely incredible! It's always delicious, but today I asked for a little extra liquid, and it was just perfect! Definitely the best I've had!

I've been coming to this coffee spot nearly every day for over two years. The service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it!
I love this location! All the Baristas are friendly and always serve my latte with a smile. I will wait and pass other locations just to stop here.
