To be honest, we had a really irritating experience ordering through the drive-through. The girl taking our order evidently wasn 't paying attention, as we would say what we wanted, and then she 'd say, ...I 'm sorry, what was that? My mom was speaking up already. She had to repeat each piece of our order 2-3 times. And then the sandwich was wrong, and we didn 't get a straw. The girls inside didn 't apologize for messing up, nor did they show really any care for good customer service. (04/26/23) Usually this location makes good coffee the way I like it but today the barista didn’t know what she was doing. I asked for an iced coffee with three shots of espresso and what I got instead was literally iced milk ?…. I didn’t drink it so it was 6 dollars down the drain! It’s really becoming a game of Russian roulette at Biggby lately.
Are ya'll training to ask for tips never have I gone to a place where the continuously ask for tips even for a 3 black coffee . I almost don't want to come back just to not get asked for a tip on a 8 coffee update and se3ms everytime I dont tip my coffee won't be made right order a flavored coffee just got a black coffee like
I absolutely love their Biggby Blast Scuba flavor! It has the perfect combination of sour and sweet, with delightful blue raspberry and strawberry popping boba. The only downside is that the prices listed are not accurate at all. I ended up paying $6.77 for a 20oz drink, while the menu board displayed a price of $5.59.

Baristas took about 4 drive thru orders while I was waiting inside and had not even had my order taken yet. Why can’t they multitask and do inside then drive thru then inside ? They were kind of rude and after about 10 min I just left. Probably won’t be back to this location.
Avoid ordering in-store unless you have plenty of time to spare. You won't be treated as a priority. Even with four staff members, their main focus is on the drive-thru. When we finally received our food, it was haphazardly prepared and lacked attention to detail.
They are so slow at this location. Employees are very nice and coffee is good but any kind of line can take 12-15 min. So many times I have to pull away to get to work on time.
The short girl with brown hair provides excellent service and makes the most delicious sandwiches. She really put a lot of effort into my sandwich today. I'm impressed!

Love the bragels here they are sooo delicious. Got the sausage egg cheese bragel on Asiago bagel the butterbear coffee. Worth it.
Very very veryyyy slow…Like 45min-1hr slow in the drive thru with 4 cars. Yikes!
