Ordered basic fish chips and a caesar salad for curbside pick-up. The caesar salad was almost all rinds, cut into bite sized pieces. I have no idea who would want to eat a chunk of lettuce rind. The rest of the salad was very wilted and looked likeit’s been stepped on or smashed. Overall, it was inedible. I knew something was wrong with my fish upon seeing it. Thisdoesn’t look anything like any typical battered fish I’ve had before (including the photo on their menu! , and it definitelydidn’t taste like it either. The fish was very dry and the ‘batter’ was almost nonexistent and had a texture similar tocrispy diner hashbrowns. I couldn’t eat more than two bites. I’m not sure what they use to...
When I arrived, my food wasn't ready. A staff member hurried out, saying they were told someone was waiting outside. Later, he returned without my order, explaining that the fish was improperly prepared (just basic fish and chips). I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for cold fries, mushy fish batter, and no coleslaw. Meanwhile, I received text messages indicating that my food was ready and that someone was bringing it out, but that wasn't the case. It would have been better if they were honest. If my order was overlooked, they should have let me request a refund and find another meal option. Just a piece of free advice.
Our server, Paige, was wonderful! She was attentive to our needs, bringing us extra biscuits before we even knew we wanted them. Everything was served hot and fresh, and I particularly liked that the plates were warm as well. We dined on a Friday night before Christmas, and there was no wait at all. The kids' portions were quite generous. My only two concerns are that I would prefer the kids' milk to be whole instead of 1%, and the flavored tea was unsweetened iced tea with flavors added, which made it a bit bitter.
Our server James was FANTASTIC! Very friendly and helpful. Also very sweet tall blonde woman I believe she was a manager but did not catch a name. 10/10 service, not only was he quick and helpful despite being busy but both of them regularly checked in on us. Food was excellent and the service is unmatched per usual. Not many restaurants these days go to the trouble of having a manager personally check in to see how you are doing, she made the experience great. We appreciate your staff and will absolutely be back!

I chose the Endless Shrimp for my Thanksgiving dinner. Great cheddar bay Biscuits. I had a baked potato with butter and sour cream for my side. Amazing new Dragon shrimp! My only complaint is my waitress was too distracted by eating with her family. I had to ask for another glass of water and she barely checked on me because a table of four were ordering drinks and expensive lobster meals. Sadly her tip reflected her lackadaisical service.
I visited Red Lobster for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. The waitress was friendly and engaging with the kids, and she provided great suggestions. I tried the Sunset Piña Colada, and it was delicious. The shrimp rangoons were excellent, and I ordered the Kung Pao shrimp, which came in a generous portion. While they weren't as good as Logan's rolls, the biscuits were quite tasty!
This time around, I was brought the wrong dish, and my wife's calamari was way over fried to the point that they were really chewy. But everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Our waitress made sure of that. And in the end our food was delicious and we'll be back.
My mom and I ordered the fish and chips, which featured beautifully deep-fried cod. The dish came with fries and coleslaw, both of which were fantastic—especially for under $15! We also added shrimp scampi to our meal.
