Wonderful service. Not a long wait even though they were busy with a lot of drive thru orders. We went inside. It's a small business so I definitely understand and am willing to work with them. Latte's were amazing my fiancé who is not a big coffee person was very impressed as well with the experience! I have been going here since 2015 and will continue to keep going whenever I have the chance. I love the fact that they use sauces as base for flavor and not so much of the syrup! Keep rocking it you guys!
Went through the drive thru. Waited for fifteen minutes just to get to order. Then waited for thirty minutes (not counting the time it took for them to serve the car in front) to pay and another ten to get my coffee. And I got the wrong coffee order, I had ordered a frozen and an iced coffee, but instead i got two hot coffees. This place used to be very good, but lately I've been getting a lot of wrong orders.
Poor experience, we waited way too long for iced coffee. Then when I got my coffee it was spilling everywhere bc the lid was not placed on correctly and there was coffee grounds in my coffee as well. There were other customers there that seemed upset as well bc they were waiting a long time. We went here to support local business and now it just seems like we should have just stuck with Starbucks.
6 of us went in and waited 49 minutes for our drinks and food. They bounced around serving other customers while making parts of ours. They finally had to look up our order to get the remaining items. Some of us were done eating long before others in our party were served. First and last visit for us!

Pretty disappointing. Specified iced for a drink two times, and was also asked again if the drink was hot or iced. Waited 10 minutes for them to still make it hot, and didn’t have time to sit and wait for a remake. Drink itself was ok wouldn’t waste the $7 again.
Super helpful- I wanted to order a drink that isn’t there yet and they suggested something similar and made it almost just like the one I originally wanted. Very friendly and fast as well.
The employees are wonderful every time I’ve went. It’s the management in particular that warranted this one star.
They are having some issues with having certain things available, but I love their energy drinks.

I just waited 25 minutes in line for a drink..? Not impressed.
Always delicious! And the staff is one of a kind, love them!
