Bikash - Reserva de mesa

Have used this takeaway many times and always pleased with it. However not now. Ordered a takeaway and agreed that I would collect it in mins. Arrived to collect and there was a notice on the door stating that only customers at any...one time. This was not been adhered to and at least two of those in the shop were couriers who when they returned walked back in irrespective of the numbers already there. My order was available minutes after I had arrived and whilst the staff were apologetic the fact that the order was minutes late was not good. During the waiting time a female walked in without a face covering to collect an order and was not challenged as to why she was not wearing in.

Tonight for my sisters birthday we ordered a takeaway from Bikash. When it arrived one dish was wrong as we had asked for a completely plain chicken tikka but it came with onions in. When I called up they were very apologetic and said that...they remember our conversation and will deliver the correct order to our door immediately. About minutes later who I think is the owner arrived at the door with the correct meal and apologised again! Thank you for rectifying the issue immediately which meant we could all enjoy our dinner together and celebrate my sisters birthday!

Awesome. My wife and I live locally and have been coming here for years. The service is great and the food is wonderful. We’ve had a number of friends stay over (who live in London/other big cities with great curry options), and they are always...delighted with how good this place is!

What an amazing service. We ordered a takeaway which we collect from the shop, when we got homes couple of the things we ordered were missing. Have a takeaway probably times a month , has always been top quality, and they do me a separate balti sauce , even though it's not on the menu, highly recommend

Found hair in my food it came a hour early chips stone cold staff rude would not give a refund then stop me from ordering says it all
