So we're new to Texas. I thought we'd try Bill Miller's BBQ. Very strange. We ordered to go in the area of the store, the people came in bags on this metal table, I guess call in orders. Anyway, I found it strange that only someone could grab your bag, that it is not her and it returns, I don't want anyone except employees who touch the food. Very strange! Anyway, my wife and I spent 42.00 for our meals just to watch the children in the back that warm our ribs in a microwave, I was shocked!!! I worked in Bbq houses and we never heated anything in the microwave. This is unacceptable, waste of time! We will never return to a Bill Miller restaurant. Some kids. Sad!
I'm out of town, so I don't get to Bill Millers as often as I want yesterday came to breakfast, tried last night for dinner and was told that they had only 1 chest and it would be 25 minutes waiting. I took a family package home instead. This morning I'll try for breakfast and I? ve has been waiting 20 minutes because they're from sausages. I was with many Bill Millers and I usually go to the store at I-10/46 in Seguin and never have any problems but 2 issues in two days in New Braunfels? You think I'm going back to Seguin. This isn't going very well.
Staff pleasant and pleasant. Food tastes okay nothing great I had better in other places. The reason for the one-star rating is my roasted chicken flour. I ordered 3 chests and fries with tea. Even the proposed brownies bought. My meal comes that I'm hungry, and my three breasts were actually 1 and half a breast. Your business is cutting the chest in half and loading for a full chest. Why? The absolute best breakfast. Let?s not forget to mention homemade tortillas! The customer service here is outstanding. They go above and beyond. This is our first time here and a manager named John came to our table (not knowing that) and gave my son this shirt and cherry cobbler for later. God bless you sir he is beyond happy with his animal shirt.
