My family and I traditionally gather at Bill's once a year between Christmas and New Year's for a delightful breakfast, but our recent visit was disappointing. The drinks took a long time to arrive and once we received our food, we were neglected and had to flag down a server for more drinks and ketchup. Our second round of drinks came after we had finished our breakfast and were ready to pay. Like another reviewer noted, our meals were lukewarm, almost cold, despite the plates being hot. We would have complained if we had received better service or if someone had checked on us. We have unintentionally become regulars at Bills Gloucester, thanks to the extremely friendly and attentive staff. Special mention to Lucy H, who always makes our son feel special. From beautifully decorated hot chocolates to birthday pancakes, our visits are always a delight. Unlike other Bills restaurants we have been to, the service here is consistently impressive. We consistently enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price in Gloucester. The team should be proud of the wonderful atmosphere they have cultivated here.

First class service,nothing too much trouble plus free Prosecco. We asked for dishes which were off the menu and the person who was in charge,Holly spoke to the chef who prepped the dishes we wanted and they appeared in 45 minutes,our party were delighted. The service was first class as was the food,well done Bill's!

I stopped by for lunch while shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming and considerate, especially since I was dining alone. The Hippy bowl was amazing - it was unique and delicious. I would definitely order it again and recommend it to others. Reserva una mesa ahora

We have been to Bills in Glucester Quays many times. Have loved their breakfasts. This time We went for lunch. Shawarma chicken was like griddled chicken. Not like real mediteranean taste. Service was very good by Alex. He was efficient too.

Lovely visit to Bill’s Gloucester, very chilled and lovely. We just popped in, had some coffee, donuts and a chinwag. Lovely to see Donna and Chris still here as it’s been a while since I last visited. Good to see it’s not changed too much.

Disappointed with the menu . On arrival they told us no steaks and when ordering dessert advised us no profiteroles. Considering this was Sunday and 1pm surely their menu should have been available .
