Billy Sims Barbecue

I stopped by today for the first time after meaning to visit for a while, and I really should have done it sooner! The ribs were delicious; they practically fell off the bone and were complemented by incredibly flavorful sauces. The sides were so good that I actually ended up enjoying them before the ribs. But what truly stood out was the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, guiding me through the menu since I was a bit overwhelmed with choices. Throughout my meal, they treated every customer with the same care and checked in with me to see how everything was tasting, even thanking me for coming in. I don't usually write reviews like these, but hands down one of my going to bbq places when in Troy! Every time I go, I am reminded of how much I love it again and again. Not only the food super delicious, but everyone on his team always has the best setting and is always ready to answer questions when I have them. Not only that, but the attention to detail and cleanliness is excellent! Aren't you going anywhere else?

Not only is the food super tasty but everyone on their team always has the best attitudeand is always willing to answer questions when I have them. This was my first visit to this location in a long time—around four years, I believe. It appears that the ownership has changed, which is a part of what I used to love about this place. While the food was tasty, the charm associated with excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere seems to be missing now. After our original restaurant fell through, Billy Sims was able to take our large group’s order for a Remembrance Dinner. They were SO professional and everything was phenomenal. This Billy Sims location has always been a class act in terms of exceptional service and the food is terrific everytime. So thankful these guys came through in a major pinch!

I was Today Years Old when I found out about Billy Sims Barbecue. GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PEOPLE! They make you feel at home. The food tastes my Childhood, and makes me feel like a kid at the family barbecue, GOOD TIMES with my Cousins: RIGHT NOW, FOR A LIMITED TIME, You can get ALL YOU CAN EAT RIBS FOR ONLY $16.99 PER PERSON!!!

Excellent delicate BBQ all around! Slowly cooked meat with fast service! Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, etc. They call it! All matching sides, Cornbread, Beans, Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, etc. Excellent home brand sauce selection! Turtles and other desserts. Also souvenirs. Super friendly people! Great atmosphere! Love this place!

Ribs pretty much fell off the bone, sauce tasted amazing. Mac and cheese and beans were off the chain. This is my 2nd time ordering from this place theyve definitely taken the place of my favorite bbq restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

Love Billy's! Not a big fan of the sides, besides the green beans, LOVE those. Every meat here is delicious!! Super friendly staff, they're always striking up conversation. I do recommend going here!

The meat dishes were delicious as always. I decided to try the banana pudding stacker for the first time and it was absolutely amazing.
