This is such a break from the same old coles county restaurants. Nothing in this county comes close to what you can get here. The flavors are light and breezy yet bold. The prices are high but for good reason, and the smell of this place hits you like a truck when you walk in, in the best way possible. As complaints go, the best one you can have is I want more food at more hours of the day. Hard to take friends here when we all work 9-5s. Doesn’t affect my score though, as the food is so good it’s worth the planning it takes to go there.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. It's only M-F, 11-2, but if you can manage it come here. It is a little pricey but thats only because of this area. It's about $20-$30/person BUT the quality of the food is just stellar! The menu is so different and their specials are fantastic. It's just not your average soup, sandwich, salad place. Everything here is just next level. Absolutely a weekly place to eat.

It isn't easy to find a delicious grouper sandwich in central Illinois. But Bimini has a great lunch option for grouper sandwiches. You can have it lightly fried or blackened. You can dine in or carry out. There are also other delicious options.Give it a try!
