I want to start by saying that the packaging of my food was incredibly poor. The containers were tipped over, causing sauces to spill everywhere, and that’s definitely not the driver's fault. Honestly, this was the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of it. The bun bo hue was just mediocre, with an overpowering beef flavor that was reminiscent of fish that’s gone bad. The fried rice was burned to the point of being crispy, and the beef cubes had no flavor whatsoever. Even the plain white rice was disappointing. The shrimp summer rolls were poorly made, with a noticeable lack of care, and they hadn’t even cleaned out the shrimp’s digestive tract. We spent $80 on this sub...
Despite some initial hesitation due to a recent review, we decided to try this restaurant, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was served quickly and was delicious. I especially loved the spring rolls, which had a delightfully crunchy exterior—I'm a fan of the rice paper they use instead of the gluten flour typically found in traditional Chinese egg rolls. They were very flavorful and arrived at our table promptly. The pho was also enjoyable, topped with fresh, crisp ingredients. While it leaned more towards the savory side and may not have had as many spices as other pho dishes I've tried, it still provided a lovely experience overall.
Dine-in is definitely the way to go. The pho comes with a beautiful assortment of fresh herbs, and the meat is sliced thin and incredibly tender. The beef balls were particularly delicious. I also tried the banh mi, which featured crunchy, fresh bread with a perfect balance of meat and vegetables. The Vietnamese iced coffee was strong and made for a perfect finish to the meal.
Overall, I’d give the whole experience a 10/10. I don’t usually write reviews, but I stumbled upon this gem and had an exceptionally good meal. I can see this place becoming quite popular as more people discover it, even though it’s tucked away at the end of a strip mall.

I placed an order and gave them extra time, but when I arrived, the place was a disaster. The dining area was empty, tables were piled high with dirty dishes, and peeking into the kitchen, I saw the owner smoking while cooking. Gross! If you're looking for a side of ashes with your meal, this is the spot. I'm not sure how things went downhill, but it has really deteriorated. Definitely one to avoid.

I put in an order, gave them extra time and when I showed up the place was a mess. No one in thedining section, tables full of dirty dishes and when I poked my head into the kitchen, the owner was smoking while cooking. Eww!If you like extra ashes with your food, this is the place. I'm not sure what happened but this place has really declined.Definitely a place to pass on.
My first visit, and from the start to delicious finish, my meal and the friendly, efficient staff earn 5 ????s. I ordered the fried spring rolls ? crispy and perfectly tasty, and the beef sate dinner. I requested over soft noodles (rather than rice), which was not a problem. My server very fast, very kind. I will definitely return.

The hours on the menus are showing ?open every day 12 noon to 10 pm. I came here around 11:15 am and was planning to wait until noon to order pho for lunch. However, this place is closed!!! Wasted my time!!

The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly passionate! I highly recommend trying the pho, and the Vietnamese coffee is also a real treat.
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine! I previously visited their Bloomfield location and am thrilled that they have opened a new branch in Washington Township.
