I will always remember buying in this beautiful load and falling a glass out of my war basket because the war basket had partly broken / faultless and no one had noticed before. I felt terrible, sorry and offers to help clean up. after all that was taken care of, the owner of the load tried to charge me for the crooked! what a embarrassment for him, I think he assumed I was young and would not have known better. I was a student at the time. as if he had no insurance? it was such a little thing, yes I paid for the crawl, it was maybe $10. but what a rough taste I have experience with! I just walked out.
