Understaffed establishment arrogant/combative manager.Reserved 12 places for my son’s birthday for 5:30pm. We arrived at 5:32pm and all guests were there by 5:45pm due to single lane traffic on the bridge. Waitress was very nice and took our drink order within the first 10 minutes. We ordered a variety of cocktails and received our drinks again within 10 minutes which was good.The problems arose at this point when our order wasn’t taken for 45 minutes. The kids started to get restless and to the credit of the waitress she was overloaded working both sides of the restaurant. We stopped at this place for dinner. The place is great, the music is excellent, the waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and apologetic about the significant delay. The burgers are big and tasty, as well as the fries. My sister had a margarita and it was excellent. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the place was full and there were only 2 cooks working which delayed significantly the food (more than an hour waiting to get the burgers). Due to the lack of personnel at such busy time, I gave the 3 stars in service . I recommend the place for the food, the ambience , the music. On a separate note, the animes in the bathrooms were a blast from the past, awesome.

Eclectic restaurant with fun vibe. The food was very good! Service was fantastic. I was surprised how quick our food came, although we came in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy at the time. Love the decor, especially the book wall. Portion sizes were good too.Full-size parking lot, just across the walkway. Lots of parking.

Great gourmet burger restaurant with fantastic atmosphere and service. Large selection of Burgers, poutine and other appetizers. The burgers are fantastic, but bring your appetite because some are huge!
