As for the food, it was not up to par. The scampi was the worst I've ever had, even worse than the frozen ones I buy from the Co-op. The halloumi fries were rubbery, and while the fish was passable, it wasn't anything special. The kids' meals were decent, but the dessert items like doughnuts, sweets, and lollipops couldn't make up for the lack of quality in the cooked food. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Would like to thank the staff of the Birchfield Fish Bar for the superb customer we received on 20th February. Despite there being an issue with our Just Eat order, the staff sorted it out without any issues. We still received our order in excellent time and it was delicious! Not to mention the couple of extra items that were included free of charge, which were very welcome indeed!

I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the second time we've ordered delivery from here, and both times have been fantastic! The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and still hot when it arrived. The portions were generous, and the driver was very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This chippy is fantastic. It's a popular local spot run by friendly owners who are very skilled at their craft. The fresh fish they use makes a noticeable difference in taste. I personally recommend getting the food directly from the chippy rather than delivery.

Friendly helpful staff. And the food was nice. We brought for three of us for a treat and was very happy. I’ve been using this chippy for the last 30 years and even though it’s changed hands since I first started using them I’m never dissatisfied.

Just orders 2 mixed kebabs decent kebab meat lovely lady who served me only problem if u call it a problem meat needs to be sliced thinner each kebab contains at leas 2 kebabs worth they could be saving some money in these harsh times big up

Ripped my 75 yr old brother off twice and when I rang about food missing I was called a liar dirty horrible people should be ashamed of there selves if you have a delivery check food before driver leaves your door

Brilliant food and quick service. Even gave a Christmas pressie. Quality of the food is excellent. Best fish bar in Northampton!

It's not COD it's COLEY cheap fish fake sales and for 25 for two is alot don't go not worth it keep away
