We have been ordering from Spice Cube for a few years now and initially, the delivery was very fast, catching me off guard. However, in the last couple of times I have ordered, it has taken over an hour and a half to arrive, regardless of the day of the week. It is unfortunate because I truly enjoy the food from Spice Cube. I will not be ordering my next takeaway from them as their delivery times are unpredictable. I suspect that JustEat customers receive their food faster due to a better network of drivers. Very disappointing.
I thought that I would order a takeaway from somewhere different so I went on the just eat app and found the spice cube. It had good reviews and the delivery time was about 35 mins. Unfortunately my order came late, another 40 mins than advertised. When recieving my order the mango chutney was missing and the paswari nan bread was cold. I always order a sagg aloo as a side dish and although it was nice the potatoes were a little al dentè for me. Overal upon my first experience I rate it an average.
Ordered via just eat and given time for delivery 35 mins on advertised. An hour an ah half later it still isn’t here, now 25 mins over their added time of estimated delivery. The order is next. It’s not really good enough. If you are busy (which is all he could say) then set the expectations online and I will order somewhere else. No resolution given just that it will be cooked next cooked .. next… so for the last hour and a half what has happened with the order. Appalling service
An Indian takeaway which was sublime! I went to pick up a meal in person and the unit is very difficult to find (especially in the dark) but a very kind man directed me on the phone until I found it! I didn't have to wait very long either for my order. The food was very tasty and the portion size was spot on. Good value for money too overall the whole experience was such a positive one and I will definitely be ordering food from there again in the future. Yum! Reserva una mesa ahora
I have been ordering from Spice Cube for many years now. Even though my parents moved away from the area 6 years ago, they still come back just to enjoy a meal from Spice Cube. Nad, who answers the phone, is always helpful and extremely polite every time I call. Sometimes there may be a longer wait time for delivery than expected due to sickness or traffic issues, but the food always arrives hot and delicious. I highly recommend Spice Cube.
My Wife and I have used most of the Indian restaurants and takeaways around Northampton during last 30 years and The Spice Cube remains one of the best. Friendly service, reliable and quick delivery is always quicker than quoted, often on doorstep within 30 minutes. I use them most weeks and the food is excellent.
10/10 I always order from these guys, normally I get it delivered and it is always on time and very tasty. Today I chose to collect as I wanted to get out the house, of course I couldn't find the place because I'm useless! Lovely guy on the phone directed me and brought my food out to me. Food was great, thankyou!
