We were in Indiana for a lacrosse tournament and Birdies was right by the fields so we stopped for lunch. It was really busy but the wait didn't seem to take too long. I honestly believe there were only 2 servers working when we were there which was frustrating. It took forever to get refills or condiments. Our server was very nice and it definitely was not her lack of effort. There were too many tables for the amount of staff. Hopefully they were just short staffed and it wasn't because they weren't aware there was a huge tournament a mile down the road from them. The food was pretty good. A little pricier than expected. This is such a fun spot for families, date nights, or group gatherings! We visited for a date night and played through all 36 holes of mini golf before heading indoors. The water features on some of the holes were adorable and added to the enjoyment. While the course isn't particularly challenging, we had a fantastic time. We shared some pulled pork nachos and enjoyed a refreshing alcoholic blueberry lemonade. The nachos were tasty, although the pork could have been diced a bit smaller. The pico de gallo that accompanied it was excellent. I'm looking forward to returning when the weather warms up so we can sit outside. Next time, I'll definitely bring the kids along!
Has great curb appeal. The menu is not large and has standard bar food options. Our server was friendly. No complaints with her. My son got wings which we decent, but pricy. However, many things are right now. Wife and I split pork nachos and we got an order of fries. However, our nachos and fries were cold and we had them re-made. The pulled pork was not good. Not well trimmed and was dry and tough. I was a little stunned when the bill came that Miller Lite drafts were $7 ea. Ridiculous. We spent $90 for the experience. We won't return. There are far better menus, quality, and prices available for sports bar establishments.
The food didn't meet my expectations given the price. Although it was served quickly, some parts of the meal were either too hot to handle or cold. The presence of so many flies was unbearable! I understand the open atmosphere with the mini-golf course, but having five flies buzzing around or on my food the entire time was really off-putting. I also waited at the bar for about ten minutes before anyone even recognized my presence. This was my first visit, and I doubt I’ll be returning.

The restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere suitable for both adults and children. However, the food prices are on the high side, and the dishes are quite basic. For instance, when you order coleslaw for $2, it arrives in a small condiment cup, and the serving of macaroni and cheese is barely bigger. The Nashville chicken sandwich is quite thin, and the breading comes off easily. On a positive note, the fries are quite good.
I stopped in for lunch after leaving Grand Park. The service was a bit slow, but it wasn't too bad. I think the bartender was also handling the tables in the restaurant, which I don't quite understand at any restaurant. The drink pours were generous, and the food was good. The atmosphere was nice! I didn't have time for miniature golf, but I will definitely be back!
The food here is disappointing and definitely overpriced. The ranch dressing is watery and lacks flavor. The chicken sandwich and fries were bland. I'd recommend coming here just for the mini golf, as that's pretty enjoyable! We used to really like this place, but the service has unfortunately declined.
I had a fantastic late lunch with really delicious food and great service. I absolutely loved the pretzel bites and the sweet chili boneless wings. My partner also enjoyed the chicken sandwich, which I recommended.

Great food and excellent service! It's definitely a sports bar, so it's not the ideal spot for a quiet evening if that's what you want. However, there are plenty of TVs, making it a fun place to relax and enjoy.
