Beautiful, quiet location just outside of Heidelberg. Our room was bright, spacious and very clean with a private balcony. Due to the current pandemic, the hotel pays great attention to the hygiene measures, towels were changed daily. Breakfast was good, rich and varied. Fresh fruit is also offered. There was something for every taste. Also worth a visit is the restaurant with large, cozy outdoor terrace and really delicious food. Small but fine menu.The appetizer plate with the mussels was just delicious.? The boss and the friendly, accommodating staff made it easy for us to feel very comfortable. Thank you for that.???
We spent five days here. Great hotel and enjoying ourselves. Nice quiet environment and nice distance to Heidelberg. Breakfast delicious. Nice team of employees as well as very kind owners. Nice rooms and we had delicious sun on balcony all day. So you can still sit outside at night. However, it gets hot in the bedroom, so a ventilator/airco might be nice then. Definitely a hit man for if you want to stay close to Heidelberg.
Very nice hotel in a lovely quiet location. Spacious rooms but hot and stuffy even with windows open and fan on. Only one pillow provided per bed. Had to climb two sets of spiral stairs and one set of normal stairs which wasn't easy. Breakfast was in a lovely room but very average food choice. All in all a lovely experience though. Just some points for improvement.
