Bistro 781 - Reservar una mesa

5 stars but Happy Cow doesn’t allow for non vegan restaurants. Bistro 781 has a separate vegan menu with nice variety of options. They are also accommodating with non vegan options on menu. 3 in our party had different vegan meals: quinoa burger, Buddha bowl and stuffed squash. All were fresh, delicious and plentiful. My husband requested tofu to be added to his Buddha bowl and they did not hesitate to abide by the request. Nice to have an upscale vegan restaurant option! Cook shared their quinoa burger recipe. Great service from our server Amy!! We will be back!!!

we have stunned this place, and young we are glad we have made it. that was delicious. the service was excellent. bonus was added that they play a live band there on Friday night and they were really good. there were many vegetarian / vegan options on the menu. we ordered the veggie tacos, zucchini rancheros and sautéed mushrooms. the food was fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. we are not taking photos!

I was really happy to see that they have a special vegan / vegetarian menu. there are some options, including salads and shells that they can add a protein, including tofu. They also had flower flowers tacos that sound pretty good! I really enjoyed the Mediterranean bowl. order without feta to make it vegan

Unique vegan entrees. And even a yummy vegan dessert. Our Omni companion was satisfied.
