I worked here in the early 90's when it was the Newark-Fremont Hilton. With the name changed, they have update the restaurant area and it looks much nicer than what I remembered.Came here for Mother's Day Brunch. They had a variety of food items. Take a look at the photo for all the buffet menu, too many to type out, LOL!!! The Prime-Rib was one of the better ones I had, very juicy and tender cooked perfectly. Good flavor au jus sauce!!! You really can't find good prime-rib at a buffet, but this is very good. The King Crab legs were over cook and chewy, but still edible. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.The boss was the most cocky, gross individual I ever met. He needs to be humbled, as he treats others below him does not care for his costumers. He should not be owning a business with the amount of attitude he gives costumers. He would not apologize for the inconvenience he caused us when HIS system messed up did NOT get our reservation, even when we put it in 2 weeks prior.DO NOT GO HERE, I wish I could leave a 0 star review, but I can not.
The band, Stompbox, provided excellent entertainment. There were a few disruptive individuals on the dance floor, but hotel security promptly handled the situation. It's unclear how they were allowed in since they were not seated at a table but rather at the bar. To improve the New Year's Eve experience, the restaurant should have enforced admittance restrictions for those who had paid for the package.
First this is a hotel restaurant we were there on a Sunday night at six and we were the only people in the restaurant. We had calamari and Brussels sprouts as appetizer the calamari was the size of a dime and the sprouts were barely warm. My wife ordered a glass of wine and the glass had barely an inch of wine in it. The service was great our waitress was very nice and very attentive.

Ate here twice during my week stay, as it was close to my hotel. Both times the service left much to be desired. However, the food was terrific and the atmosphere was very business friendly. I would visit again, but would sit at the bar.Food: 5/5
I really enjoyed the band with the amazing sax player. Can't wait for their next performance at this restaurant!
