Bistro Regent, we never know what bistro we're gonna fall, good or bad. Gradignan's one is a pain. Do not throw the stone on the 2 people who run the restaurant but on the owner or manager. Is everything cold: candle economy plate heats flat? , plat ppal sauce coagulee , fries, very fresh room. And we did not take desserts because our table neighbors tired of waiting left before they arrived, it told us.
Hallucinant booking made by phone specifying well on the terrace ... arrives on location reservation ok but not on the terrace !! .. For the beef tartare ... specified to the server . .. nature tartare and condiments apart that I mewed myself ... the tartare still arrives prepared !!!! C is of the great no matter what service to the regent bistro.
Non-existent home, not at all smiling staff, we feel like we're disturbing them. I asked for a carafe of water at the beginning of the meal, and despite 4 requests, I'm still waiting for it. And 25 minutes waiting to order desserts. I'm gonna pay and I'm not coming back. Too bad because the kitchen is simple but effective.
