I don't want any memories at the randonneur stage! I recommend warm welcome and a local cuisine, simple and delicious! The sheep's sausages in the evening after the accompaniment of the transhumance puts my papillae still to me. Not to mention the tarbais beans cooked by the owner of the place: a treat! Ask for a taste of the real Berese dej, you will discover the black pork charcuterie and you will not be disappointed! Frankly this stage deserves only a prolonged stay! Never disappointed!!!
