We arrive at 7:30 pm after having booked for five.The welcome is cold .imperson although we have already come several times in this restaurant.We are told that we will get rid of a table.What we do without a hurry. we put on table, wait long for the menus and then the aperitif and then also long the first dish. the waitress by passing will never ignore us. it seems that the butcher's bistro will close to leave the place to the auvergnal !!!!

If you want to eat quality meat then this restaurant is not to be missed. Beef tartar is a treat. It's a melting pavement. Super nice staff, reasonable prices.

However recommended by our hotel, we were disappointed. Home limit, slow service, and meat very, very, medium.And an addition not in relation to quality.

this time a spooky tartare served with just medium potatoes...and an icy service... See the concurence around the next time I try something else.

I love this restaurant the super nice team very nice and helpful the carpaccio of beef a delight I take it every visit a very good trip
