Friends who live in France quite locally recommended we find this restaurant while we were at the market. Not a massive frontage run by a lovely husband wife couple. She cooks, he is front of house waits on. We booked a table as the restaurant is not very big, there is seating upstairs as well so don't be put off when looking through the door. We were greeted our table was upstairs as offered when we booked by the window. We had the set menu of 2 courses (starter/main, although you can have main/dessert for the same price) about 17 euros a head. All freshly cooked with fresh vegetables!!! Spotted this restaurant as we walked round the market and thought the menu looked interesting. 2 courses for 15.90, 3 for 18.90. The gratin of leeks and smoked salmon was to die for, followed by veal sauté with rice and perfectly cooked vegetables. My wife had the day's salad and we both had tiramisu for dessert. The food was lovely, well presented and the service was excellent. Recommended.

The restaurant has a warm atmosphere. The dishes were plentiful and delicious and the waiter was friendly, I recommend.

Good food, nice atmosphere, quaint location. Hidden away on the back streets of Auray, a little find.
