Fantastic and well-thought-out kitchen that only falls short of the top level, but that's still good to try. Unfortunately, we felt that there was too much use of the water bath in preparing some of the dishes, making textures less than optimal in e.g. the Guinea-Fowl, but this is the case in many restaurants these days and the food overall was good to very good. Presentation was exceptional. Service top notch. The wine list is a joy and sommelier knowledgeable; to discover many treasures. All in all, a very pleasant experience and quite expensive. One last comment: There were many “before the meal” dishes and many “between”; how many of them were necessary is pathetic.

Dinner was superb. We had the 59euro menu. We were offered a number of gorgeous amuse bouches and the courses were inventive and portion size just right. My daughter is gluten intolerant and they ensured that she was well catered for. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of Chablis to accompany our meal. The wait staff were so lovely, helpful and attentive. It was a great dining experience a special occasion meal. Merci beaucoup.
