Cocoon hotel, very pleasant; you also have to have breakfast, delicious! Catering that lives up to its reputation: highly controlled cooking, very balanced and tasty sauces, a treat! Mr. Blanc did us the honor of signing a menu for one of our grandsons who is going to work for one of his colleagues. Just one downside: I had called a few days before to ask for some discreet attention with my husband 's dessert for his birthday (a chocolate plate) but she wasn 't there when the dessert arrived. Either the information didn 't get through, or it was zapped ... too bad....
We are absolutely satisfied with our experience. The highlight of our visits to the great establishments being the gastronomic aspect, we found all the dishes perfectly mastered, but we were particularly impressed by the mouths and plates of juice and sauces that have touched the sublime, and that have pushed us to derogate from a rule (absurd) that wants that we can't sauce with a piece of bread... Thank you to the whole kitchen brigade.

Exceptional stay, room and high-level kitchen. Very nice staff and available. Small flat for the waitress of the restaurant a little non chaland but it did not disturb our exceptional stay. Thank you.
