Only one person in the kitchen when the terrace displays full, it does not allow for quick service. 1/2h waiting for a simple salad/hard egg/jambon matches, it is frankly excessive. 3/4h extra for the main dish, while most other customers had finished, it's abuse. Too bad because it was relatively good (except a sheet of badly washed salad but it's things that happen). If you don't want to spend 2 hours at the table, there are other restaurants in louhans (and no more expensive).
I picked a regional salad at 14 euros. Flavored salad, a cherry tomato that had no place. Two unhappy rounds of roasted mortal sausages and potatoes in dress of fields hit and warmed in the microwave! I can't eat for myself who knows the cuisine of this region. The wine with a high glass (3 euros) for a piquette less than 3 euros the bottle while I asked for "a rib of the jura" ! to avoid absolutely
Of course, you should not be in a hurry and avoid market days but I appreciate the very picturesque setting, the friendly atmosphere and the talents of the cook. As we had a date at 2:00, she allowed us to come back around 4:00 pm to take our desserts! regional dishes are good, I don't understand the agace of some people: perhaps their angry expectations have ruined their taste buds?
