I explicitly mentioned when making the reservation that we would be arriving after the jazz evening. I received a confirmation and even reiterated in my response that we were coming for jazz night, but it seems this information was overlooked. Fortunately, when I inquired, there was a table available until 8:30. Additionally, we ordered the fixed-price dinner, and I chose the beef option. There was no indication on the menu that this particular choice would cost an extra $8.00 on top of the $40 fixed price. Given this experience, I would find it quite hard to recommend this restaurant.
Delicious meal with gracious service. Very ample portions. Space was decorated for New Year's Eve and looked festive. Given how many diners there were in a fairly small space the noise level was comfortable and conversation was easy.
The food was excellent!! The atmosphere leaves room for improvement bright yellow walls and tacky art everywhere. It like I said, the food was amazing and the drinks are well priced. They have a great wine selection.
New Year's Eve. Fixed price menu with 1 glass champagne included, but able to switch drinks. The food was tasty and portions were generous. The service was friendly, I will definitely recommend.

A perfect mix of ambiance! The atmosphere is casual yet romantic and relaxing, with a classy touch. Most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
The service was a bit slow. While it was quite crowded, we had to wait a long time to have our dishes cleared after the appetizers and again after the main course.
One of the finest French restaurants in Washington, D.C. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly. There's an upstairs wine bar offering tastings and live jazz.
The best French Restaurant in town! My husband and I always have a great time and the food is amazing. The staff is wonderful and pleasant all the time.

The restaurant can be summed up as simply elegant. The food is wonderfully authentic, reminiscent of dining in a bistro in Paris.
