Bitter Sweet - Reservar una mesa

Came to try the coffee and the dessert. The place is nice, the offerings are good, but I am rating it low because the owner was unpleasant to interact with, even though I tried to be pleasant by engaging him in conversation because I thought he might’ve had a bad day, but even that didn’t work, then my hunch of the prejudicial tendencies were confirmed.I debated about three times when I was ordering to just walk out, but I decided not to act on that because that means , he succeeded in making me act towards him in kind., so I took the high road and placed my order.As I read the reviews after my visit I discovered that I wasn’t the only person complaining about the owner attitude or level of courtesy, apparently more had express that notion.Unfortunately, if nothing changes this place will shut down soon.Defiantly, I will not return.

I don't want to tell people about how nice this neighborhood gem is, how excellent the coffee is, how nice (but small! the interior is, and how friendly the baristas are. I don't but this locally-owned small business deserves the recognition. Darn it! So conflicted right now. Come here! But not when I am here!

Came by Bitter Sweet for the first time on Mother's day.A few folks were inside. We opted to get our coffees to go.I ended up getting a cold brew.Quick service, friendly staff.Parking along the businesses. I believe you can park in the parking lot attached...but not completely sure.

The best coffee shop in town. Janice (the owner) is the bomb and always makes sure your drink is just perfect.
