Big fans of BJ's but this was just too many little mistakes that add up to this poor review. All instructions were on my receipt and they didn't follow any of them or even check the bag to ensure nothing was missed. Tomatoes on the mini pizza, requested none. No extra garlic knot, which I paid for. No coleslaw with the sandwich. No extra sauce for the ribs which was too bad since the meat was dry. No Oreo cream with the pizookie. I was there yesterday 10/6/2022. I ordered the Thursday special for the evening happy hour which I choose Tri Tip. This piece of meat was the most driest meat I have ever had at a restaurant. This was by far the worst tri tip I have ever eaten. Tasted like it was microwaved to re heat and or just old dry meat. I could not cut the meat very well with the knife supplied. I just gave up on that, I did explain to the waiter how terrible that meat was. He offered another piece of tri tip, but I declined as this has already left a bad taste in my mouth.
First time using online ordering with Curbside pick-up. This was at the Downey location. Usually a happy dine-in customer but this experience was not great. Online ordering was easy to use. And even though I got confirmation order was ready I waited an additional 15-20 minutes in the curbside parking stall. Food was cold and had to notify the restaurant twice I was there. A lot of time used during my lunch hour.
First off let me say, Ashley our server was so very nice!!! Sorry to say we ordered the rootbeer glaze wings and they were not fully cooked, still pink inside!!! Shrimp scampi pasta was good, chicken alfredo wifey was not too happy with. On an up note, the frozen berry colada and strawberry limeade were good.

After visiting a retirement event in Hollywood, my husband and I arrived at the restaurant around 10:30. We were pleased to find that the staff at Chamreun O was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the Rib weekend special was definitely worth trying!
Great food,great drinks and great service ,,honestly a great environment, great staff ,specially my server Chamreun,her was great,,stay away from the chicken wing bone in,they're salty and dry and also the ahi poke not very good .
Alonso A. Was our server tonight he was attentive and very friendly! Checked in consistent. With service like that we will be back! Rib-Eye Sunday special was delish! And SO much food! White macadamia nut pizookie for dessert!
The pizza was fantastic, and the pasta and dessert were equally delicious! Our waitress was amazing; she recommended that we download the app, which earned us a free dessert and appetizer. The food came out quickly as well.

Dining here is generally a great experience. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is that I ordered my meat medium, but it arrived well done. That said, I still enjoyed it. The service was outstanding!
The nachos were packed to the brim! The buffalo wings and avocado rolls were fantastic! It's a great spot for cocktails.
