"Poor customer service and they don’t follow through as said on the phone, I’m very disappointed and will not be renewing my membership! I’ve waited over 2 weeks for my refund and I called again today to find out it was never completed and therefore rejected. So as a customer service I get to wait once again and pray that this agent knows what he’s doing."

I HATE this location. I 've waited to post until I 've either decided visit a less convenient location or leave BJ 's altogether. For starters, Madelyn A nails it. Where is the cafe? Where am I supposed to snack when I wait on my car? Also, where the liquor department?! I mean. NO LIQUOR department? C 'mon man! My biggest gripe is their tire service. Maybe it 's an region-controlled policy. But coming from Florida, I 've gotten my tires done at various locations across the state. I usually got them rotated balanced around 6500 miles. Here. I bring my car in after 6700 miles and they turn me away. Apparently I have to drive at least 7k miles before getting serviced? What kind of policy is this?! I mean, if my tires wouldn 't need to be balanced before the 7k, I might not gripe so much. But when I coast, I definitely feel my tires unbalanced. Sketchy service together with a questionable policy, I 'm glad I will no longer be doing business here. Or how about the time when I showed up to get my tires serviced and they didn 't have anyone to work on them. Instead, all the employee behind the register could tell me was our tire guy called out and we can 't guarantee when he 'll return. No time frame for returning. No nothing. I mean, I know for fact they don 't only have one person.

This location has far less products than the clubs that I've shopped in the Boston area. The customer service is far below expected standards. There are a few employees who are friendly and helpful but there are far more who are rude and lazy. When checking out its worth waiting for a cashier. If you have an issue at self checkout it usually takes too long for assistance. Some of the employees covering will actually ignore the flashing light until you call them over. Yesterday I don't know where the person covering self checkout was. I had a problem with an item not ringing up and it locked the register until I got help. When someone finally showed up I had to have them void my frozen foods as they had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. I have had enough poor experiences in this location to consider canceling my membership. But I will probably keep it just for the gas station.

Stay away from this store. It is very unprofessional and it 's staff steals. I left my wallet there and long story short the cashier MOST likely took it but the store is not revealing what the video shows and is not tell me either. This makes me believe they are covering up the thief. The Surveillance manager Star kept saying she would call me back but I 've been going to this store for 3 days trying to get this done and keep getting a run around. They have the date and time stamp of me being there, so what is the issue? So beware of this store and hold on to your belongs because they will get stolen.

I never have a problem when I come in! Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I find exactly what I need and in stock. Love the scan/pay option so don't have to stand in line if there is one. Today I did a pick up order and it was ready before time and when I got there came out quickly. Only thing I don't care for is the lack of direction at the gas pumps but that's not Bj just crazy drivers.
