I have visited multiple BJs locations and this one was quite disappointing. The wait staff appeared confused, disorganized, and slow during our visit. Although they were friendly and polite, it was evident that additional training is needed before I would consider returning. In terms of the food, it was average but upon closer inspection, there were several shortcomings. The mac and cheese balls were cold in the middle, my friend asked for a dry rub on her wings but they were served with a wet sauce instead, and the craft sodas were warm and served in pint glasses rather than the usual frosted mugs. The seating was quick but we came right before dinner rush for an early meal right before 5pm on Saturday. We’re seated in less than 10 minutes. Waitress was very good and knew the menu very well. Our food was also quick and attractive and tasted great! The waitress was attentive during outer meal and made sure we were well taken care of. They have a pretty extensive menu with choices for everyone. I had the Asian chicken salad and it was very good. Hubby had the bacon guacamole burger with fries and the fries were very good and crispy. The appetizer choices we had were the sriracha brussel sprouts and the root beer bbq wings. Both were very good! I have had the pizza and pizookies here too...

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years because of its great food, excellent menu choices, and relaxing atmosphere. The table service is very good and I have never had a bad meal at either this location or the one in Tacoma Mall. Their pizza is particularly tasty. BJ's has one of the largest menu selections I have come across, besides maybe 13 Coins and Cheesecake Factory. It's a perfect spot for family gatherings or group outings.

Went here just for dessert and coffee after a movie. The pizookies were a lovely surprise. We had the chocolate, banana caramel as well as the strawberry sugar cookie. They were both warm and delicious the strawberry won out the best taste. Coffee was good typical restaurant style. Came here on a Friday for a work party. We were around 40 people. I ordered Sals chicken which was pretty tasty. And every one else thought the food was great. On the other hand they were very disorganized. They never new which side of the table had ordered what. And our waitress kept interrupting the speech our boss was giving with her loud screaming.

Lunch menu has a pretty good variety of options. I tried the Power Bowl with blackened salmon, and it was delicious! Generous portion size larger than it appears in the picture on the menu. They have a house cider called Berry Blast which I highly recommend not too sweet, not too dry, great flavor.

We showed up pretty late (about 40 minutes til closing) due to a late flight, were a bigger group (5 persons) and the staff was super nice and friendly about it and throughout our visit. The service was super fast and everything was so delicious! Highly reccomend!

Never eating here again. Found a WHOLE DEAD GRASSHOPPER in my salad. Absolutely disgusting. I will never be eating here again, nor do i recommend this restaurant to others. Do better BJs or just shut down this is disgusting and disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

We got the pretzel i didn’t like the texture of it or the cheese dip. For main meal I got the salmon and pilaf bowl and it was SO good. I ate the entire bowl. Fries were good and husband said burger was OK.

All of the dishes we ordered had issues - they were either too salty, overcooked, or undercooked. I'm not sure what is happening at this restaurant. I did not enjoy the avocado egg rolls.
