Terribly disappointed. Ordered delivery. Purchased the family meal with chicken and tri-tip. I called the restaurant after submitting the order online to request no croutons and tomatoes on the salad and the person over the phone assured me they wouldnot put croutons and tomatoes on the salad. Received the meal only to find it covered in croutons and tomatoes. I have a severeallergy and was unable to eat it. I'm also perplexed because the meal was for four people. It came with adequate mashedpotatoes, chicken and tri-tip but the green bean serving was very small only about 12 beans. Barely enough for one person. Dothey consider a serving of beans, three per person? The steak was cooked okay....
Despite being short staffed the evening we dined in, our waiter Matt was super attentive and accommodating. I’m pregnant and have been craving poke/sushi, I asked if it was possible to fully cook the tuna on their speciality salad. Seems like an easyrequest, but when short staffed a lot is going on. They were awesome about it and the entree turned out wonderfully! Thank youfor all that made a nice evening out!
Shout out to waitress Amy!! We like BJs and go often but the last 6 months service and food quality have been going down. Amy has been the best waitress we’ve had in a very long time! Excellent customer service. Attentive. Cared about how we likedour food. We made sure to let her manager know also that she deserves a raise! Seriously excellent service from her! Thankyou Amy!!
Exceptional service and outstanding management. They truly understand how to treat their customers. The manager ensures everything is up to standard, and if there’s ever an issue, he resolves it promptly and effectively.

I've been dining at BJ's for years and absolutely love their jambalaya and Jeremiah Red beer. Generally, the quality is excellent, but there are times when it can be quite disappointing.
