I have visited this Burger Restaurant (BR) multiple times and even though it is usually busy, the line moves fairly quickly. However, during my most recent visit, we chose the shorter lane only to realize that there was an employee taking orders in the other lane. We observed about 15 cars pass through the other lane before we were able to move forward, with only 4 cars ahead of us. This one-sided order method was frustrating and resulted in a wait time of over 25 minutes. We would have left if we could, but we were blocked in. Additionally, we observed what appeared to be an employee leaving through the back door with their own drinks while the lines continued to grow.

I really like the new mobile app for this restaurant! Although there have been a few bugs, overall it's been great. It would be even better if there was an option to pick up mobile orders without waiting in line. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is consistently good.

love this place. as a recent transplant to the pnw from southern ca, it 's so nice to have other choices besides that mediocre green straw place that 's on every single corner.

The people working here are amazing human beings my mother and I came on foot super early and we were helped no problem the blended coffees we got were to die for

The service is amazing and I absolutely adore their Chiller Caramel Blonde Blended drink with whipped cream on top! It was absolutely delicious!
