Service good, staff friendly. Food , I cannot comment for myself as I wouldn’t touch it when I saw this place has a 1 star hygiene rating online as it was not shown in the window (I wonder why), family didn’t enjoy the food and the lemonade was old. Whole place is filthy. Wouldn’t eat food from a place that’s 1 star (Major Improvements Necessary) and wish I had researched it before coming in. Go elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

"Stayed in Church Houses for a week and visited this pub twice to eat in the evening. Rachael and her staff could not be more helpful and the meals are good old pub food at a very reasonable cost. Would have no hesitation on returning in the future"
