Black Walnut Bakery

We can't help but stop at the Black Walnut Bakery any time we're nearby. We also make trips out just because lol Anything we've ever had from here has been delicious! From walnut tarts to croissants to pies and even their coffee and iced tea are amazing! The staff is lovely and the environment is great. Definitely a gem in the town of Cumberland :

We stopped on our way to Ottawa and tried the spinach and cheese pie and I tried the Portobello caramelized onions cheese one and oh my god was it ever good!!! To bad it's not open in my way in the morning because I would stop everyday if I could!!! Delicious

So glad I popped in Saturday to discover this gem! Tried the bacon cheddar chive scone it was amazing! The rhubarb custard pie is equally amazing. How did I not know about this place before?!
