This restaurant is a hidden gem in Middlebury that you must try! We had heard about it for years but only recently discovered it. After reading great reviews, we finally gave it a shot and we are so glad we did! The service is extremely friendly and welcoming. They offer a unique selection of personal pizzas, with my wife particularly enjoying the autumn pizza. The Blarney Stone pizza with potatoes is also delicious. The chipotle wings are fantastic and the egg dishes are also very tasty. It's a fun night out for the family in a casual setting. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
I love all her pizzas, but the buffalo chicken is so good. I love how they don't use Marinara like other places. They also do not add blue cheese and instead give you some on the side that is brilliant because blue cheese is the worst cheese known to man. I also got a kick from people who complain that they use paper to wrap the pizzas instead of boxes. If this is your complaint, you really need to reassess your life.
this place makes good eating and has a ton of options. their pizzas are somewhat smaller than an average pizza that is the reason for the price difference. do not let the location to them soak, they have a cozy dining room with beautiful decor on the inside, and the staff was always very polite. not to mention the delivery, and besides no one delivers in this area.
I recently moved from NYC to CT and this place quickly became my main to go for pizzas. The big pizza could be a bit expensive, but is very worth it as it feeds at least 3-4 people. What I like most is the sauce and the thin crust. Surprised to see some negative comments here, but then again, my experience with the business was completely different.

My co-worker ordered the hot lips pie today, it looked absolutely amazing, I was lucky to get a piece, I said first oh the sauce is sweet until I got the details. Wow! What a great turn and taste and presentation amazing! I can't believe I've never been, I'll arrange! Try her cake! These reviews should be all 5 stars! Thank you for doing this.
Quint Pizza Salon, clean and friendly atmosphere. We dined and ordered a large half pepperoni. The crust was thin and well made. The sauce for the cheese ratio was perfect. My only negative is that I felt that the sauce was pretty dirty. Except that the cheese was top quality and overall I recommend it.
One of the best pizza places in Connecticut, hands down and it's in a category of it's own. It's good fresh, it's good cold it's good heated up, hell I've had it microwaved after the fact and it was still good. Connecticut institution.
We order from this restaurant almost every Friday afternoon at work! The best item on the menu is the garlic knots - they are small puffs of deliciousness. The wings are great and the sandwiches on homemade bread are huge.

Pizza was good. It doesn’t come in a box, but a paper bag so the grease got on the seat of the car…the veggie pizza was ok. It would benefit from fresh veggies…the broccoli seemed like it was frozen prior.
This is the best pizza place. They offer a variety of options and the staff is very friendly. I have never been disappointed here. I highly recommend trying the Blarney Stone pizza.
