Best location ever! As the only fast food chain in the city, the expectations are understandably high. I have consistently received outstanding customer service from Heather, who goes above and beyond. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Kayla and Sean through DoorDash, and they were fantastic. The orders are fast and 100% accurate for delivery. My DoorDash customers are extremely satisfied, and that’s all thanks to the excellent service from this restaurant. I’m looking forward to more deliveries in the future. Happy customers, happy employees, happy me!
Make sure you keep your receipt. They honestly must purposely mess up your order, and forget items because this is like the 5th time ordering food and they didn’t get it right, the items are also just wrong like ordered a Diet Coke and got a Sprite, gave me two breakfast sandwiches, instead of the burgers I ordered. They forgot multiple items in one order. They just can’t get it right. I don’t think it’s on accident anymore because they are so consistent with it. And if you do leave the window before checking they don’t answer their phone so good luck.
Love going here for breakfast. We even bring the dog and order something just for him. It's even better now that we have the app. Lots of freebies and easy to earn and use points.I don't have too many complaints about the service at this location. Occasionally the wrong item gets put in the correct wrapper, or the order takes much longer than I expect- especially since I'm doing mostly mobile orders. But the crew is always apologetic and quick to fix the issue.
I love McDonald's I really do but this place is a horrible. They always mess up my order no matter what it is. I ask for no onions on my sandwich everytime and everytime there is onions. A lady saw me at the window and I saw my food right at the counter and she just walked away and like 10 minutes later the same lady comes up and hands those bags over. Do not go here no matter how hungry you are. You'll starve to death before you get your food.

This place is horrible. I guess writing a bad review makes us feel a little less frustrated ? but I think it’s a lost cause. Do the town a favor and close down!!! Give another fast food place a chance. You just really really suck. My crispy chicken sandwich and fries were so overcooked. Even the bun was burned. Everything cold and inedible. waited 25 minutes in line.
This experience further emphasizes why I should avoid McDonald's—it's not only unhealthy, but the customer service is lacking as well. Did you know that Iceland has banned McDonald's? Look it up! They have displayed a burger and fries for the past 11 years, and they haven't molded or rotted at all. That's not what real food is supposed to do!
Complete rip off. My wife brought me a large fries from this location and got herself a medium one. This is what they put in the bag. It was upright all the time and no fries fell out into the bag. This is fraudulent.
Zero stars would be the right rate. Waiting time is unacceptable, short staffed? Not always. After waiting an eternity, your food comes cold, old stale fries (not once), and no napkins. Might as well close!

I found that dining in the restaurant is more flavorful than ordering takeout. The Quartier-Special was tastier and fresher.
Franchise owner for the middlebury store refuses to let the app be used for breakfast before 7 am.
