After visiting a friend in BH we were looking for a place to eat and came across this little gem which just happened to be right next to where we were parked. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a very welcoming staff and a beautiful ambience. My friend ordered the Garlic Noodles with shrimp and scallops while I ordered the NY Steak Plate. When the food arrived, we were both blown away. For her, both the scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly as most places tend to over cook them. The food here was delicious! I went here with a bigger group this place is really suitable for a group of any size. I had the laksa soup and loved how flavorful and spicy it was (the soup photoed above). I really appreciated how knowledgeable our server was with informing us what food was gluten free, to which they had quite a bit of a selection. Our server, Nikola (maybe it was Nikolai), was also super nice and helpful!Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to gluten free food and allergens! During our recent road trip through California, we had the pleasure of dining at Blasteran while staying in Beverly Hills, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The food was fresh, the portions were ample, and the menu offered a variety of intriguing options. We highly recommend the Pork Belly Baos, Nasi Goreng, and Gado Gado salad. Our server was attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely chat with him and the owner after our meal. If we have any regret, it’s that we live so far away. This place was recommended to us and we were so glad we tried it. The parking was very easy, the atmosphere was nice. We sat outside with my dog. Our waiter JM was excellent and very friendly. My husband ordered the Blasteran burger which he said was the best burger he's ever had. And I had the rendang noodles that were so tasty and amazing. We also got to meet the owner who was so kind and friendly. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!
We went here for the first time with family for my daughter’s graduation from college at the nearby historic Saban Theatre. Great food, exceptional service from Mike, and friendly atmosphere. BTW we went to Yamashiro Hollywood the night before, and while an outstanding view at Yamashiro, the food quality and service at Blasteran was superior. Will be coming back and recommending to large extended family in Canada. Thank you!
