Feb 11 8pmAs I walked in the the blaze pizza I was starving and ready to order. I went up to the pizza station and waited 6 minutes. With two employees in front of me (male and female) I would assume one or the other would help me with my order. I was wrong....I was not even greated or told It would be a minute to take my order. I was completely ignored! I asked one of the male employees for help and they gave me a one word answer and continued to make online orders. Great food and decent service. The prices are reasonable compared to other established chains. I had a bit of a debate with my friend about it. If you've worked in fast food, you know that when the syrup runs out, only water with a bit of color comes out. The machine had a sign saying vitamin water was empty, so I tapped it to see for myself. The guy saw me do this and shouted from across the restaurant that drinks are $3.25, thinking I was trying to get a free drink by asking for a water cup. Funny enough, the second and third cups I got were just clear water! At this rate, I might as well go to a different Blaze if they're worried about losing business over three cups of water. There is a woman who runs the show at this location who is absolutely amazing. Jessie? Cassie? I dropped in to get a cheesy bread and she resolved 4 problems while I was waiting so quickly. Give this woman a raise. I'll never go to the Claremont blaze again. She is a one-woman dynamo.
Food is great, but an older employee was rude and gave me attitude when I asked to take something off and then changed my order to something simpler for her that I didn’t want. Would give 5 stars if I could just order something and receive it like every other restaurant.Food: 3/5

I visited this restaurant tonight, and I have to say it was by far the worst service I have ever encountered. The staff members were quite rude. The food was just mediocre, and with service like that, it’s not worth considering coming back.
Just what you’d expect from Blaze. This location is good with lots of parking and plenty of seating. Right off the main road so easy to find.
Good pizza and service! Just too dam expensive $17 for 1 small pizza and a medium drink! I miss the 1/2 pizza lunch deal!!!!!!Food: 5/5

Good location, friendly staff and most importantly the best pizza in my opinion. Got to get the spicy red sauce it's my go too!
