Blazing Bagel is a superb a bagel shop with artisanal bread and fresh homemade spreads. I opted for a pastrami sandwich that was heavenly and topped with sauerkraut, cheese, and Dijon mustard. The rye bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. The only downside is the need for supplemental Blazing Bagel parking spots, with the remaining ones being paid parking. The interior is modern and dog-friendly. With plenty of seating and delicious to try, I would quickly return for a bagel above the rest.
I placed an online order for Hot Chocolate with soy milk, and the Vegan Vortex. When I arrived, I discovered they had totally missed the hot chocolate. I asked them to make sure it has soy milk and not dairy milk per the online order. However, when they brought it to me, I just thought of asking which milk was used, and they said dairy milk! Had I not had asked, I would have drank a dairy hot chocolate for someone who does not consume dairy. They did not apologize but did fix the mistake.
Great spot for bagels and bagel sandwiches! Be aware, there is a paid parking section right next to “free” spots for the restaurants. While it is clearly marked, there are not many spots for the restaurant, so you feel forced to pay the parking fee even though we’re eating for only 30 minutes.
Bagels were very fresh. Jalapeno bagel with the garlic herb cream cheese was super flavorful. They are very quick too and have a large selection of bagel and cream cheese flavors. This is the place for bagels in Seattle. The selection is enormous, the bagels are fresh, and the staff is fast and friendly. The sandwiches are made to order and top notch. All the cream cheeses have been delicious.
Friendly service, and good food. Our bill was $35.00 for a roast beef bagel, turkey and bacon bagel, 2 small bags of chips, and one fountain soda. I would visit again if I was in the area.
I had the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back there next time in Seattle!

Decent bagels at average Seattle prices. They were out of onions today too, but u was still charged full price.
