Part of a brewery and distillery tour of the area, Blewett Brewing company was our first stop. The selection of beers was excellent and the pizzas were delightful! They have both indoor and outdoor seating and we were lucky with the weather so we we opted for outside. The building is the traditional Bavarian style you’d expect from Leavenworth. The tables and benches are the sturdy wooden, warm and welcoming style. The staff was excellent. The inside is fun. A bar is dividing the space into two sections with stainless steel barrels on the one side, adding to the decor. Went here for dinner. We had beer, a really fresh and delicious Cesar salad and maybe one of the best pizzas EVER in The Karl. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the ingredients were amazing!! We savored every bite! The salad dressing was excellent! You do have to mix together your own salad and a slightly bigger bowl would have been nice but wow was it delicious! The beer was fresh and delicious. I had The Blonde, my date had the light lager. We enjoyed both. Hey very satisfied with this place and will definitely be back anytime I am in town.
It's been a few weeks since I dined at Blewett on October 1st, but I can't stop thinking about the amazing pizza we had. The crust was perfectly crispy and the flavor combinations were delicious. The beer selection was also top-notch. The service was excellent, with our server Rita being kind and attentive. We even got to enjoy Oktoberfest celebrations and catch a ride to our next destination from Blewett. Such a fun experience! I will definitely be returning when I visit Leavenworth again. 10/10.
Damn good pizza (wood fired? , cool environment and delicious beer. Blewett is seriously on it with their beer crafting! I had a Marzen and it was excellent.
