I visited the restaurant specifically for one of their delicious pastrami sandwiches, only to find out that they no longer serve pastrami and won't be bringing it back. What?! How can a sandwich shop not offer pastrami anymore? It's a classic! If I wanted a ham and cheese sandwich, I could easily go to a deli where it would be much more affordable. To make matters worse, I drove all the way from Suffolk County to Nassau just for two of those sandwiches, only to leave disappointed.
These folks have come to my rescue numerous times while I'm at or near one of the high schools, public libraries, or that frustrating little K-Mart on Jerusalem. I often stop by to see my friends at Blimpie, where I treat myself to a Blimpie Best or one of their other amazing sandwiches.
I consistently receive excellent service at this place. I've been a fan of Blimpie's since childhood, and there aren't many locations left, so I make a bit of a drive to visit this one. I always go for the Blimpie's Best sandwich. The two employees here are outstanding!
The owners have poor attitudes and wear dirty shirts. Since they are heavy smokers, the napkins and sandwich wrappers smell like cigarettes. I also spotted a roach on the table. Proceed at your own risk. Reserva una mesa ahora
Bread was fresh n good....2 paper thin slices of meat n cheese...lots of lettuce...if you want a salad for a sandwich..it's your place....NOT For Me....now I know why I usually avoid these places...
One of the few left on long Island. The staff is nice. Taste is consistent with other blimpies. There is a juice bar here too if you're looking for one in the Hofstra area
Love this place. They always have super fresh ingredients and fresh hand sliced meat. The staff is courteous and fast! Definitely gained a customer for life!
I really enjoy Blimpie, but it can be quite pricey if you don't have a coupon. This is especially noticeable when other fast food places offer dollar menus. Reserva una mesa ahora
