Yessenia is so rude. They got our order wrong but charged it correctly, I asked if they can correct it and she said “this is not my problem and you need to take it up with the one that took your order” The guy was next to her and way saying yes she is correct, I stood there with the sandwich for a few minutes, and nothing. We sat back down to see if they would call us back up and went back to ask if they were remaking it or not. The other staff was fine, but Yessenia was really rude, and there were two others within the 15 minutes saying there order was wrong.
I can only give this place two stars for cleanliness and convenience. The Hispanic girl at the counter was dismissive and uninterested in answering my questions. When I inquired about the new cookie butter cold brew, she seemed completely indifferent. I decided to order it anyway, but to my disappointment, it was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend that drink unless perhaps it was just poorly made by the person who prepared it.
I've been to this restaurant several times, always opting for the Drive-Thru. While the service can be a little slow at times, the staff is consistently friendly. The prices are fantastic, even better than at some other Dunkin' Donuts locations. Each time, I ordered the egg sandwich, and it was always delicious. The iced latte was also outstanding. I will definitely be back!
The A.M. shift customer service is rude with an attitude, is slow at times it all depends who is on shift to have a satisfying service. Not all employees will provide a good service. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through drive-through about 4 in morning food was very very stale had to be way over the time they had to be thrown out doughnuts not supposed to be hard and crunchy like you eating a fresh carrot
set up at least 5 min before the detection on the drive thru to just say that it will drive up to the window to place order. the change from outside has the customer service not within the
Hey placed a order with them through the app and when I got to the store nobody was there I kept calling no one answered waiting to hear back about getting my refund
Please if I order thru an app please make sure my items are secured. My coffee and other items were exposed. Nothing was covered.
