If you are looking for bang for your buck this is pretty much the best menu in Glasgow city centre. The daily deals are amazing. It’s a perfect lunch spot. Portions aren’t massive but enough to fill you on a lunch or quick dinner. Just be wary not to chuck in some add on purchases as they pretty much double your bill and don’t really add value for the quality you get. It’s a pub, live music venue and eatery but I see it more of a cafe diner. It’s also an abso bargain. Highly recommended!
The restaurant was opened without a chef in the building the male manager did explain why a short wait later.....around 30 mins or so we were served a decent steak and chips very reasonably priced unfortunately I felt the atmosphere wasn't great and the service was average table not that clean and sticky. I couldn't guess who worked there as some of the staff wandering around looked like they were on a night out.
Different specials each day. We were there for burger Tuesday, for £4 each with chips. I got a portion of core slaw and some jalapeño which bumped the price up. A couple of pints and a coffee took the total for the two of us just over £20. Well worth a look in if you want some reasonable grub at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff too.
Disappointing food, everything was cold, overcooked *mac and cheese was burnt to the bottom of its dish. Had to wait 40+minutes for it after waiting about 20 to be served. Didn't really seem that busy but obviously understaffed. Reserva una mesa ahora
I absolutely love Bloc+, and I have been coming here for years. The food never disappoints, and my husband and two year old loved it too! Craving the vegan hot dog again!
