If you go back a couple years, I have given a glowing review for the previous owners, however, it has gone completely downhill and here is my updated review. Unfortunately we've tried the new management establishment of what was once our favorite date night out 3x now, and have given up. My advice would be-if you don't serve anything on the old menu, which you are still using, then make a new one. Super frustrating not only for patrons but the servers as well. We came here today for supper based on previous reviews-- should've not relied on the reviews. Flies everywhere -- kind of a greasy spoon. My Reuben sandwich had no thousand Island dressing and my son ordered the spaghetti with marinara without baked cheese on top. It came with melted heese and our server told us that it cost the same and she would not switch it.Definitely would not recommend. And all the flies were super gross.

Had a wonderful breakfast. The food here is awesome, price to portion is great you shouldn't walk away hungry. You definitely have to try the potato cakes for breakfast. Our waitress Louise was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Its a really nice place to stop and eat. Food was really good, and home made. Wasn't off the top expensive either. Only complaint would be the one waitress was really out of sorts. The other two were awesome and polite and smiling.

Every time I visit Sylvan Lake, my friend and I go here for breakfast. They make wonderful homemade bread and potato pancakes. Last time we had the buffet, and it was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit.

Great home cooked food at reasonable price and great service. Also the breakfast their is quite impressive and would recommend anyone to try for yourself ????????

Breakfast buffet was not very extensive and many of the items had been sitting out for some time and were cold. Food ordered for breakfast was better.

Had their breakfast buffet. Fairly good selection of hot foods, fruit, and breads. Friendly staff that were very accommodating to questions.

Had really great service every time I've been here. Brunch is good! The buffet is the best I've had for breakfast.
