we ordered two fillet mignons, medium/pink. the first was only pink through the half of it, the other half was burned on the outside and brown inside. the second was well done. our waitress was friendly, but not around much (I guess they were short workers,) I had to fly someone up to help with the overcooked steak. they cooked another one who rarely came out. in the meantime, they offered nothing to munch and we tried to order more wobbles, but there was no server to find. when they brought out the new steak, they didn't give a fork, so we had to go into the bar to get a fork. they brought out the second court of the wobble ring when we were ready to check and they were burned. they have ma...

The service is very fast. Even after we've received our food, our waiter and the manager come by to make sure we are all set. We truely enjoy the Mac&Cheese Bites! We only get water but they have a bar with a HUGE TV playing the latest sports. Only issue is the TV is usually in a color-blind mode that makes it irritating to watch. We tried our first dessert here which was the Apple Crump and Mississippi Mud Pie and both came out perfect. We loved our server and the managers attentiveness and were very helpful in recommending our meal.

Overall the food was good. We didn’t really care for the calamari appetizer. There was either a shell or a piece of plastic in it that I got in my mouth. The salmon dinner was delicious and everyone else enjoyed their meals. It was a tad pricey but good. The reservation app asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and I selected birthday and no one at the restaurant knew, I figured that information would be provided with reservation information.
Blu Alehouse was conveniently located right next to the AMC movie theatre! Brought my son to see 2 movies for his birthday and in between ate dinner at Blu Alehouse. The food is fantastic. Highly recommend lobster rolls (yes they give you 2) with french fries. For dessert, we had fried cheesecake which was fantastic. I printed out the birthday coupon from the restaurant's website and got my son's entre for free!
Service was slow, but server was friendly pleasant. Food soup was tasty, entree was over cooked and side dishes were undercooked. This was my second time there, we had a good first experience, but this time, was disappointed.
The worst food I’ve ever had. From the presentation to the way it was cooked, we sent our plates back. The waiter was nice and tried to help us with our order but we just wanted to leave. Really don’t recommend this place.

very loud music coming from the mall (a birthday party) disturbed our entire meal and will not return IF there is a mall party
Lamb clutches were really good and so was the short nativity and cheese!
